Our day starts early. Loading up the mobile clinic with all the necessary medical supplies and equipment. From diagnostic tools to medications, everything is meticulously packed to ensure we can handle a variety of healthcare needs on the go.
We often travel to small rural communities that lacks easy access to traditional healthcare facilities. We preschedule to see a mix of follow-up patients, individuals seeking routine check-ups, and those with urgent healthcare needs.
One of our first patients is an elderly gentleman with chronic health issues who is unable to drive to go see a provider. Our clinical nurse specialist conducts a thorough examination, updates his treatment plan, and provides much-needed reassurance.
In the afternoon, we continue home visits. One of the stops is to see a young busy mother. Our nurse practitioner reassures the busy mother with ordering labs and doing an exam all in the comfort of her own home.
